Overview: Launching a corporate podcast from scratch required building both the physical and technical foundation. We transformed an office into a fully equipped studio, developed a remote guest workflow, and shaped the tone and structure of the series.

Primary Contributions

• Designed, built, and equipped podcast studio; created custom remote and travel recording kits.

• Conducted VIP tech checks and ran all live session logistics.

• Managed coordination documents to coordinate timelines, promos, and episode releases.

• Produced and edited recording sessions followed by developing distribution plans.
