Overview: For Vulcan’s inaugural launch, I stepped beyond my usual Creative Producer role to lead communications as Project Manager. I streamlined our mission planning process, ran weekly cross-functional meetings, and pitched new creative concepts including refreshed broadcast graphics and modernized animations for the flight overview.

• Directed communication objectives and ensured consistent brand alignment across photo/video.

• Pitched creative content informed by recent engagement and social metrics.

• Scheduled, staffed, and directed interviews and field shoots.

• Built detailed production and travel schedules across multiple teams.
